Steve Mullen, Original Score

Widely respected as a composer, producer, arranger, songwriter & singer, Steve Mullen has spent the last 20 years immersed in music production and performance, from appearances in front of sold-out audiences at venues like Radio City Music Hall to creating music themes for TV shows like Animal Planet’s “Wild Kingdom,” and “First 48: Missing Persons” for A&E.

As a singer-songwriter, Steve recorded for Atlantic Records, published with Warner-Chappell Music, had a #3 hit on the Hot 100 charts, and performed all over the country with artists like Bonnie Raitt & Suzanne Vega.  He spent 12 years handling blue-chip commercial accounts such as American Airlines, Budweiser, State Farm & Reebok with Steve Ford Music in Chicago, and has scored shows for networks such as A&E, PBS, The Biography Network, The History Channel and NPR.

Steve just released an album built around historical American recordings entitled “A Yankee Clipper In Congo Square.”  You can hear the album and read his blog about American regional music & culture at  http://www.walkwestworld.com/

"I came into the 'Catholicism' project with a very deep understanding of Christianity, but I have learned an incredible amount about the Catholic Church as well as come away with a deeper understanding of many of the core tenets of Christianity.  The discussion of grace in 'The Teachings of Jesus' particularly spoke to me.  This entire production is something that the world needs - executed at the highest level."
